Are your treats human-grade?

It depends! All of our chips are made using either human-grade ingredients or are sourced from trusted raw food suppliers.

Are your treats suitable for all dog sizes?

Yes! Our treats are easy to break into smaller pieces, making them perfect for dogs of all sizes.

How should I store the treats?

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the bag tightly or transfer the treats to an airtight container for freshness.

What is the shelf life?

Our treats are fully dehydrated, which allows for a naturally extended shelf life. When stored properly, unopened containers are best consumed within 6 months to ensure optimal crunchiness.

After opening, we recommend consuming the treats within 1-2 weeks. Please ensure the container is tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry environment, away from humidity.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Where We Ship:

We currently only ship within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates:

Ontario:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $35 CAD.
  • A flat shipping rate of $5 applies to orders under $35

Rest of Canada:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $55 CAD.
  • A flat shipping rate of $10 applies to orders under $55

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 weeks. Please note that we do not pack orders on weekends.

3. Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order is incorrect:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at teamwoofed@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. 

What is my order is damaged during shipping:

Because our treats are air-dried and brittle by nature, breakage can happen in transit. While we do our best to pack them carefully, we do not replace products for cosmetic damage (e.g. broken chips). They’re still totally safe and yummy for your dog(s) and/or cat(s) to enjoy.

How long does it take to process refunds?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
