YES! All our chips are made from human-grade foods.

Are your treats suitable for all dog sizes?

Yes! Our treats are easy to break into smaller pieces, making them perfect for dogs of all sizes.

How should I store the treats?

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the bag tightly or transfer the treats to an airtight container for freshness.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within Canada.

What are your shipping rates?

• Ontario: Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD. Orders under $50 CAD have shipping calculated at checkout.

• Rest of Canada: Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD. Orders under $100 CAD have shipping calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days.

3. Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at teamwoofed@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.

How long does it take to process refunds?
